Let me tell u what happen ,  first of all hello guys
I asked gaints (admin) for a help about some chests been placed in my own place , Thx for him because he helped out .
Then i pounched him with a carrot just for a jock them he pounched me back then did that for 4 times , sudenley ellemopia (admin) came a killed me!!!!!! , she made me piss off ,  i asked here why u did that she said because i pounced gaints (admin) 4 times , aha but why the hell she came , this is out of her buisness , i told here if u came am going to rip your head off , she came and killed me again ,after that i asked here to come one more time and she came and i was close to kill her she run away and giants killed me with a bow while he was flying !!!!! , after that both of them came to pvp aginst me !!! , is that a jock 2 aginst 1 then why they named it PVP (PLAYER VS PLAYER) ,so i /AFk so no body can hit me , sudenley i've been teleported to jail !!!!!! , i did nothing wrong , on top of that i was apologize to gaints and elleminopia , and asked here to be unjailed , she said no , and i kept beging to her to unjail me , she refused then gaints muted me , Duhhh why gaints?
Then i left , after 15 min i joined whwn i joined i got muted again , i didnt know why , gaints said if been punished i should stay online 
, after that a been jailed again , elleminopia came to the jail and kept burning me alive each time i respawn , i only said thats not cool , think what u are going to do if u been in my place , i've been so made and i said to here i hate u , u are the warst admin i have ever seen then i got banned , why friend tell me why i just wanted to play , most of the admins thinks that if they banned peolpe owner will love them ,because they take care about the server and thats wrong .

At the end , i know most of the people will think that am a lier , i dont care , i just want to tell u what happen and if i did something wrong am so sorry gaints and elleminopia , thx for all the guys who helped me, thx codegeass u are the best , u helped me the most . See ya guys and am done.<3

Lets clear a few things up as you've stated some inaccuracies.

You claimed an ex house mate griefed you, so myself and Giants came to inspect. I was afk when you called it however, I was in /vanish, and Giants called me over. From there, we gave you advice to talk to the ex house member to get your things back.

After our advice, you start hitting giants, I believe, with either a fist or weapon. So I  un-vanished and killed you.

Gaints and I go up to the top of your farm, we were both flying, you threatened to smash our faces in, or something to that extent, and continued to PvP us. So of course, we continue the PvP. This is the PVP you initiated. When you couldn't take losing, and after picking on people who were already in the air, flying, when you attacked us, you /afk'd twice. We jailed you for PvP evading via commands.

Now, this annoyed you as you couldn't comprehend what you did wrong, and continued a barrage of abuse. We explained what you did wrong, but you couldn't stay quiet. We muted you. Multiple times.

You logged out, serving only 5 minutes of your 20 minute sentence. When you logged on, you spammed Gaints with tp requests, and got out of jail. I put you back there for a further 20 minutes, as you had not served your 20 minutes.

Whilst in jail, you still threw out a barrage of abuse, stating that we were 'not cool' and 'this is why people leave'.

I am sorry that you feel this way. I didn't understand why you thought you could behave in such a manner and not get jailed. I also will address your 'this is why people leave' comment. We are pleased to weed out the people who try to tear down our helpful and happy community. If you can't abide by the rules we've set out to make this an enjoyable game, then you are not welcome here.

I know u will never accept that what u did is kinda wrong!! , and u will never feel what i felt , and me by telling u thats not cool and thats why people will leave the server , because i really felt it , burning me alive for lots  of time its really not cool ,,, and i didnt spam tp first i tp for the first time he didnt accept the second time he accept , but by a mistake i tp back to spawn , so i tp to gaints again then u sent a msg stop spaming , i didnt ment to spam . Also u said avioding pvp it wasnt pvp it was 2v1 so the rule dosnt exist


Also i apealed not to fight with u again , i just want to play , i dont want to lose all what i built and all what i start a month ago.

2v1 is still PvP. Ask anyone who plays an MMO with a PvP aspect. If you can't handle 2, then do not challenge 2 players.

I've been online alot while this was happening and there are a few things I would like to address.the first being that  from what I've gathered on the situation, you allowed a player into your chests using the ./Cmodify (name) command.  Apparently you two had a falling out or something...and he took stuff and left.

 You cannot prove what was yours and what was his because of this. I share chests with 2 people in my town, both of whom I trust, and there is no way for us to claim who owns what. This is the same for all players across the server. If there are things you don't want your friends to get into, make a private chest and don't allow them inside.


Also, I've noticed that you've been told by several admin/etc that there was nothing they could do about this, and each time you don't get the answer you've wanted you've gone on to the next person. I was online when you went to..I believe it was rich/migas? then crym...then fed...and now gaints and elle.

Not only did you go to different staff about this and ignore what you were told, but you also started claiming that the person, whom you allowed into your chests in the first place, had griefed you. As I recall, you told fed that you built the house and everything around it, and he soon pointed out that that was a lie because there were several pages that indicated where you two had built the structure together. 

Also, after fed had given you his answer you proceeded to say things like "I thought *player* was such a great guy"  "he took everything from me" "I'm just going to quit because I have nothing to do now" ..and actually in regards to that last statement, I believe you were trying to manipulate staff into giving you what you wanted.

From my point of view, it seems like you were still not satisfied with the answer you received from gaints/elle, so you decided to take your frustration out on someone, and then tried to claim it was a "joke" to save your hind-end.

Also, and Im addressing your second post now, what they did was not wrong. If you had attacked literally anyone else on the server, they would have probably done the same elle and gaints did. also, it doesnt matter how many people you're up against in pvp, so long as it's two players, which is real-living-humans, behind the screens, it is pvp.  There are no rules against this. If you didnt want to pvp, then you shouldn't have "joked around". They obviously didnt feel it was a joke, so they had every right not to take it as one.  Every action has a consequence, and them taking your "joke" seriously is just one of them.  Furthermore, niliscus and I sometimes pvp against romaze, and that's 2v1. If you don't want to pvp, then don't attack people.

 Oh, and by using the ./afk to avoid pvp, you did pvp evade. That's stated in the rules. :3 number 10, actually. Says "no evading via commands" and the example they gave was using the ./home command during a fight...hm..yep..you used ./afk during a fight in which you were outnumbered. You pvp evaded.

I apologize if my commenting on this matter is against any policy staff might have. But I felt these things should be brought to light.

I have been banned in 6 augest.2014 3pm  +4GMT

Who banned me , am not really sure but mybe gaints or elle.

Why i have been banned ?   (PvP avoiding and disrespect)

Yes i have been jailed before for the same issue twice , the first time i been jailed , i didnt know that i should stay online so i left and came after the jail time ends , so i got jailed again.

Alos i have been muted twice , in the same time i have been jailed , as i said before i left and joined after the time ends so i got muted again ( iswear i dont know that i should spend the whole time online) , i been muted because i kept beging to admin so they unjail so they muted me as a spam ( i swear i didnt ment to spam i just was so confused and wanted to leave the jail.

Why should i be unbanned ? I love the server alot , and i dont want to lose all what i have done , please forgive me am so sorry , i will never do it again , please.
