- Which Staff member banned you? (Blank if you do not know) Migas96 I think, he was the only one online that I saw so I'm assuming it was him.

- Why were you banned? (What Appears on your ban message) I was banned for "Disrespectful". All I said in chat was "yeah kill him" when someone asked if they should kill someone. I was just messing around, joking and said "yeah kill him" and then next thing I know I'm banned for "Disrespectful"? I don't udnerstand that?

- Were you previously jailed or muted? (If yes, say why) Yes, for using a bad word when someone killed me. My apologies
 
- Why should you be unbanned? Because all I said was "yeah kill him" in a joking matter to a random player asking if they should kill someone? I really don't understand how that is grounds for a ban, especially without warning.

You were banned for using the offensive words when For_Pony killed you. I banned you when I saw you chatting online since I misstyped the first time I did. The fact of saying "yeah I kill him" did not influence your ban.

Banned for using offensive language? Yes, my apologies I was pretty mad and apologize for the cussing. But the grounds of the vulgar language were pretty sturdy. I had just joined the server and collected some stuff to get started with a friend when two random guys TP to us and one ends up killing me. That was pretty darn annoying.

Those people (me and For_Pony) did not teleport to you. They used a warp nearby you.

Another thing.

You engaged PvP at first. You killed For_Pony's dog and he ended up killing you. At first, we were just passing by to go elsewhere. Also one of them (me) was giving you carrots at first but you were not paying attention.

From my perspective, I was there sorting items that I had just collected ready to build something when two random guys teleport to me. Yes, I missclicked and did hit his dog but it was an accident, I stopped after the first hit as opposed to killing it because it was a mistake, it walked in front of me, but then this geared dude that just teleported to my area just one hit KO's me and all my stuff is gone. I used language and I guess if using a bad word is grounds for a 7 day ban, then so be it but that is quite excessive without warning. I read through the rules and the mention of vulgar language was very small, nothing saying you will be insta 7 day banned if you use one bad word.

No bud, I was explaining my perspective, was not trying to report you by any means. From my perspective, I was standing there and two guys teleported to my area that ended up hitting me. As far as your puppy, I explained it was a mistake and apologize. You can tell because I only hit it once and immediately stopped, I had no intent of killing it thus I did not hit it more than once.

Just because someone kills you does not make it ok to call them that word. It's highly offensive, and the fact that you think that "the grounds were sturdy" implies that you think it is ok to say things like this.  Bigotry will not be tolerated,as mentioned in rule number 5, section e.

- "gender or sexual discrimination"   it falls under that rule, because of the context of how you used the word.
