- Why were you banned? (What Appears on your ban message) There was a group of people and we were talking about jail, then someone said "If I was to be jailed should I be worried" and I said "As long as you don't get raped" Which is bad I know

- Were you previously jailed or muted? (If yes, say why)I had never been muted or jailed except before this I was banned when Ellemenopea made me re-read the rules and I agreed to them again, 10 minutes later I was jailed for the "joke"
 
- Why should you be unbanned, At the time I thought of it as a joke but I now know that rape is something that has ruined peoples lives and I apologise for that

I didn't ban you for your 'joke'.

I confronted you after you sent messages to your friend to the effect of "If I get banned, it's because the admins can't handle my sass". This was after I Rules Restricted you. This insinuated that you didn't give a rats arse for our punishment, therefore our rule system. Quite frankly, if people don't respect our rules, which are in place to safeguard everyone, they can jog on.

Whilst you were generally unrelenting and didn't see anything wrong with your behaviour, you also had the audacity to compare personality to race. To the extent that your mouth was your personality, so if you were banned, it would be like banning someone for their race. I would like to point out, that personality has nothing to do with a gobby mouth or the need to spout unsociable subjects. That is entirely the fault of the individual, a bad habit learnt over time as they've developed a disregard to others around them.

A personality is something that is shaped by the world around the individual, not by the individual themselves.

However, as you grow into an adult, generally, you learn to put a lid on your mouth to avoid unsavoury comments around people you do not know. Therefore, if you do turn into a garrulous blockhead, that is entirely your fault.

Whilst our rules may seem strict and excessive to some, they are in place to make the server a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

I wasn't banned for the reason of the message sent after, then ban messing was "Making innaporpriate jokes" which in my defence is the reason why I put it in the appeal.

And I didn't say your mouth was your personality I said "You can't change a personality like you cant change race" I have no idea where you got the idea that I said was you stated. Also if you want the server to be a "safe and enjoyable experience for everyone" the server should proabaly look into a censor.

The serve does have a censor. However we feel that people should be grown up enough not to be vulgar, so we do not censor everything.

You can change your personality. If you choose.

If you choose not to, then that is fine. There are consequences to every choice you make or fail to make. One of which is: if you choose to have a, as Elle so eloquently put it garrulous personality, then we choose to not let you play in our sandbox. Simple enough.

So to put it simply... Act like a person other people would want to associate with or don't. The choice is entirely up to you.

You are not banned jakeland10 well... not as of when i started writing this post.

You how ever are posting in some one else's name, and falsely representing them.

We cannot take this appeal into consideration. Your deception shows us that you do not belong in our community. So maybe you both should find a new server. One full of 9 year olds. I think that will feel right at home.
