We look at how much you play, how often you play, How much people vote, Whether or not there has been discipline, and how engaged in the community someone is.

You have to succeed in most if not all of those categories if you want to advance. No I cannot tell you in more specifics what you need to do. Just try to be active and engaged in the community, and make sure to vote often.
