Of course you can, every single item has an item ID. So you can set up sings for all of them

Place a Sign above that says exactly What, and how much you are getting, for whatever price. Than place the buy sign underneath... do ppl have a difficulty finding things at /shop?

Also when someone comes to you you can tell them where it is without having to have the cash on hand or deal with shady individuals not dropping the gear
