It's a shame that you have been saying that we (staff) are obsessed in making us look better than everyone else and that we are "jackasses". Maybe the issue is on yourself:
1) You seemed a good player if you weren't so obsessed (or "eager to be more involved", as you claimed before) on getting staff since the 1st week online. You just have confirmed us this with the last Mod application being less than 1 hour after your SM approval. After you got denied for your Mod Application, you just complained at some mods and in-game how hierarchichal we are. It is supposed to be hierarchichal if you want a good stable server by having competent people as staff. That doesn't mean new people will never have a chance, it's more like the opposite. Everyone should have a chance to get part on the Staff team. However, everyone has to prove themselves in-game and as Fedgar said in here, you didn't give us time to see how you are.
2) You cannot tolerate people's advice when they do it for your own privilege. Ninja was just trying to help you know that commenting useless stuff in ban appeals is not correct. Keep your thought on the correct boards or just simply use private messages, as you used it to complain about her to some other people.
3) Finally, you also asked me questions one day about personal and private aspects of my life. You should be careful about this, some online people might not tolerate it. However, I was tolerant and advised you to not do it again. If you want to know someone better, gain their trust through time and share a good relationship with them.
It is sad that in the end, instead of looking at yourself, you instantly blamed us (staff) for all these, by calling us jackasses and arrogants. That is not the case. I give you my own example. I simply know I am not good at various stuff, but I also know what are my best qualities and I use them to the server and to help other people in our community. Other staff members know exactly their qualities and defects. Everyone must know them if they want to have a real perspective of life. Calling us arrogant with no clear and valid evidence is somewhat innapropriate and you should know that.
Sorry to say but, after all your private messages and in-game messages about how you dislike our server and staff,
we are going to demote you back to member. You are welcome to change and rank up again if we see improvement from you. I made this long text just to help you understand where you need to or should improve.
