Why were you banned? It says avoiding punishment twice, i thought the mute was a mistake, and then when i was jailed the next time i was on, i had to leave for work. So it was a misunderstanding.
Were you previously jailed or muted?  Both. (Read above.)
Why should you be unbanned?  It was a misunderstanding, willing to take another punishment, mute, jail, ban for a few days. Anything other than perm. ban.

A joke ? Saying "Fuck you Kami" is simply not a joke. It's disrespect. When making jokes you don't say that, if you don't know the person much don't even bother making jokes with them.
