And at what "donation level" do i get the same perks as a sm? And on what lvl do i surpass one?

Once you donate you automatically get the same perks as SM in addition to your rank's perks.

Can i apply i have been on this server longer than a month.I  follow rules I am kinda helpful i guess?I have won a voting competion and i am still trying to vote reguarly. The only thing is i can't go on the server during the week except it is a day off of school. So i don't know if that will not let me get senoir member.

Im not sure, but i think you have a slimmer chance if just say you only join on weekends etc as you havent really played for a month.. Not sure though

If you show commitment to the server, it shouldn't be a problem . Activeness is important but it is not the only factor.
