As someone who has owned several servers, I have a large knowledge of the game, and the mechanics of internal workings among fellow staff members, and the key is always communication. I can quickly learn any plugin or protocol of action and adhere to the outlined rules and procedures. I've always listened to players issues, and addressed any with the correct action and with prompt resolutions.

Absolutely, I am capable of being non-bias to players regardless of their demeanor or prior issues.

I may have joined a long time ago, but I haven't played as much in the past, but I've been on more often since I've relinquished all duties to a prior server because they no longer needed my assistance, so now I am able to dedicate myself more to this server.
