- Which Staff member banned you? (Blank if you do not know) probably xXCryminalXx ?

- Why were you banned? (What Appears on your ban message): Account compromised

- Were you previously jailed or muted? (If yes, say why): not related issues
 
- Why should you be unbanned? : erm.... I am using it myself... I dont see it compromised anywhere...

Additional Information: Or maybe someone is hacking it somewhere else IDK...

oh ok i read the chat on dynmap... i guess my brother sneaked into my computer when i went to the toilet.... I will make sure I log out next time i go to the bathroom. (He dont know my pass.)

I have screenshots of you mailing several people alerting them you are willingly sharing your account. Do not try to lie to make yourself seem like you were not breaking the rules. Be honest and straightforward.

and it would be abnormal for me to refer to my account like that... I probably will say my account lol if i really typed tht
btw I dont use the word brother i use bro.... you can probably check tht in my chat logs.... I call him my bro when I said i invited him to the server...

You could have easily typed that prior to actually taking a bath. Furthermore, why would your brother mail other players I assume you socialize with alerting them he was going to be on the account. That doesn't add up at all. I said it earlier, and I'll say it again. Do not lie, be straightforward and this will be less severe an issue.

that..... I dunno what he had on mind.... btw that was a real life friend I know, and my bro kinda know who he was too.... idk.... did francis told me anything before that? Maybe my bro replied to that......
I know this matter can go pretty quick if I just say "yea I let him used my ac on purpose" but that would be a lie for me, and dun wanna lie. I am being very straightforward.

Hitting the nail on the head. You claim that these messages are not sent by you, I'm going to believe you. So who are they sent by? You say your brother. Cryminal is justified with his ban for Account Compromised.

yea so thats why i have my post here for a ban appeal and i promise i log out everytime i go to the toilet...
i didn't say his ban is not justified, which i find actually is very justified... I just wanna state that I didn't do this intentionally, I didnt willingly lent him my computer..

It doesnt look like you were willingly sharing your account. But, realistically it doesnt matter. The account compromised was the correct thing to do, you will be unbanned at the next restart as soon as someone can get to it.

If you did happen to willingly share your account (which would be very stupid) you are still responsible for anything that happens under your name. So if your "brother" gets you banned you will still have live with that.

Just some food for thought, keep your password safe and secure, dont hesitate to do /logout

would be the account holder responsibility if he did i went ahead and unban you if your brother does know your pass i sudgest changing it once your login /changepassword old new
