PvP Questions

Hello, Spooky here, and I just wanna clarify the following PvP situations:

1)Player A teleports to Player B who is with Player C.

i) Can Player A kill Player C?
ii) Can Player C kill Player A?

2)Player A teleports to Player B who is in his house. Player A punches Player B by hand.

i) Player B hits back using a very powerful sword which kills Player A. Is this legal?
ii) Player B hits Player A with a very powerful sword which does not kill Player A, and Player A kills Player B. Is this legal?

3)Player A uses his bow and hits Player B who is flying.

i) Should Player B toggle fly immediately?
ii) Can Player B engage PvP while still flying?

4)Player A hits Player B, attempting to kill him. Player B is trying to avoid PvP (busy maybe?) and flies. Is this legal?

1i) no, that is tp killing
1ii) no, that is tp killing

2i)yes as player a was the one who broke rules so player b defended himself
2ii) no, player b initiated and is therefore tp killing

3i)player b can keep fly on because player a initiated
3ii) player b can fight back while flying because player a knowingly hit player b while b was flying
 -side note: player b should not fly one block off the ground taunting player a and fly while pvping because that is barely enough to notice
 -side note: if player b is on the ground while PVp is toggled and player a hits player b, player b cannot fly

4) player b can fly off or tp away if and only if he has not engaged in the PVP yet
