Ellemenopea was being disrespectful to me, called me a dick and continued in on me.

This isn't the first time Ellemenopea has been disrespectful toward me or others.

I don't believe a person so willing to be disrespectful to members and donators should have Administrative powers.

Not a single Resident of my Town has an issue with the way I run things.  I gear them and equip them with more then enough to make cash and play without worry of money.  We have spawners available for just about every mob, livestock there is.  The turn around on profitability for each resident is almost immediate.  If a player in my town loses money threw a mistake, I'm always there to kick them some money to cover the loss or what not.  I have Town Rules set up as per Rule: 15c.

Ellemenopea has been intrusive and made situations blow out of proportions on many occasions, to include the issues with llk and Mirlaz at the time.  Her/his attitude toward me has been rude and arrogant a majority of the time.  She/him claims to look out for the server...well like it or not I'm apart of this server.  How I chose to run my Town is up to me.

Sometimes people need to make mistakes to learn.  I'm not going to prevent everyone's mistakes if it doesn't teach them anything.

Also, I let him know we had a spawner for Town use, just before he got off.

Now I don't think anything is going to happen to Ellemenopea because she is an Admin.
But each time shes rude, mean, disrespectful or breaks any other rules...I'll report it each time.

This is not pertinent to the issue here, if you have a problem with a staff member, don't talk about yourself or speak for others, talk about the problem that you have.

There are many interpretations of being disrespectful, as in you may have thought she was being a bit harsh, doesn't exactly mean disrespectful. Calling a person a d**k, doesn't come out of the blue, there may have been a reason for this, and this clearly isn't the whole story here.

I was there. She was not being any more rude or antagonistic then you were.

If you want respect, be sure to conduct yourself in a manner that is deserving. Letting someone make mistakes ostensibly so they can learn is not.
From the information reported. "I was going to let him find out on his own" That is a 5000$+ mistake. In my book, that is a dick move.

Elle was looking out for the welfare of the players. That is the key description of an admins duties. I picked these staff members because they are the most honest, and unbaised people I could find.
" - Do you feel like you can be neutral and be loyal to the server rules above all else? " This is in the application. It is repeated in the guidelines for moderators and again for admins.

Elle even banned her own brother for breaking the rules. There is no question in my mind that she is unbiased in her duties.

I have been watching all these issues as they unfold... I feel like the person who seems to hold the bias here is you.

Like it or not Elle is part of what we are doing here. She is not going anywhere.



I would advise everyone to try and dispense with the old grudges. They server no purpose.

I conducted myself "in a manner that is deserving".  I didn't hall off and call her a cunt, did I?  The only lines of disrespect I gave her was that she/he is rude and arrogant.  I've paid out more then 5k for mistakes my residence have made and am more then willing to let them learn from their mistakes.  This isn't a "dick move", this is life.  If something isn't lost...where's the lesson in it? 

When Havoc forgot to deposit into our nations bank and we lost the nation...You, Fedgar, gave us the money back though you didn't have to.  I myself for my residence have taken after your kind action and done the same for them.

I keep in mind the welfare of my residents more so then my own.  Elle has done nothing but interfere with problems and on a few cases made them worse, in relations to me.  Where was the "looking out for the welfare of the players" there?  She has threatened me with bannings for trying to start a war...where's the "neutral" there?

So she banned her brother, I'd ban my own Mother if she broke the rules.  I hold no bias and even tried to talk with Elle through PMs on the forum...yet she still was rude and disrespectful there to.

You stated I show bias, please explain this?  Sure, I have issues with Elle and the way she acts toward others.  She/He is your representative for the server and someone so willing to be disrespectful, rude and arrogant to members shouldn't be called an Admin.

From now on, every time Elle breaks a rule...Ill screen shot it and post it up.  Toward Elle, Ill always show bias...regardless of the situation.  So count me out on being an Admin ever.

I had dropped and tried to patch Elle's feelings toward me.  Yet, she seems to be bias toward me and my actions in game.  I've broke no rules, helped out when I could and given back as much as I could...yet in her/his eyes I'm some evil entity.  My grudge with her/him will continue till they so choose to drop their issues and start respecting the server rules.

She asked you nicely to inform one of your town members of somthing. You then got hostile saying you wanted to see them fail..... Then you get your panties bunched, when people call you out on the dick move you were attempting. No where do i see any one calling you a dick. You then cry about an admin being bias... Well first off she never once got hostile and she acted like any one of the staff would to any member. Maybe a little too lenient i would ban the first sign of disrespect, you have shown. Then trying to twist the situation and words well logs do not lie my friend.

I still don't see her being based. She would have called anyone out in the same manner. Its not being rude and arrogant. She simply told you what was going to happen, that's not arrogance, that is authority. She isn't going to let someone fail just to "learn" from it.

Not everyone has to burn their hand just to realize the stove is hot. Some of us are smart enough to just be told and move on.

I will address legitimate concerns. But your inability to move on from situations that have been resolved is troubling. I will not allow you to slander members of my staff.

Rich this line here says it.  Fedgar used the term "dick move" which is fine, not calling someone a dick in that statement, but calling the action a dick.  Plus, hes the owner anyway, so he can do as he so chooses.

Sorry if I get offended when someone tells me what my actions will be, before I even make a move.  Or threatens me with a ban, for, well within the rules, actions.  Rule states disrespect and name calling, she did name call and I feel she was being rather disrespectful to me, not on this occasion but in past situations.

Fedgar, I do not slander your members or Admins.  I call it as I see it.  I got yelled at for not reporting someone breaking the rules in a timely manner by you already.  Now I get yelled at for false reports...for making a report that was legitimate in my eyes, she called me a "dick" I reported it.

Damned if I do, Damned if I don't.  If I didn't report, chance I would be yelled at again.  Then I do report and look where it ends up now.  It seems a no win situation.

Now, Ill drop my bias toward her...I can't really ask for anything in return, as I'll get most likely yelled at for even asking an Admin to do anything at this point.  I at least ask she not jump on me every time I make an action, thinking I'm doing something to be mean.  I've only had bad feelings and harsh responses to a few people due to their actions against me.  Past that, I'm more then generous with my Residence and have nothing but good intentions toward them.

Sad part about this...I originally purchased my golem spawner for the same thing.  Lastly, I believe between screwing around and having some fun in the neither a lot of my town residence have lost tons of money...which I give back and supply more then enough to keep us all happy and playing.  Some only log in to do jobs, which I make up on the spot to keep them active and having fun.  The few little things I do bad, are more then out weighted by the good.

Yeah feds statement is almost the EXACT same thing. It's a dick move, and doing so makes u a dick. not saying you are one its saying your placing your self in that position.

Let me put this way. If someone was going to jump off a bridge because they didn't know any better, you wouldn't let them do it to make them learn from their mistake would you? No. That would be a dick move by you, which, in my book, makes you a dick.

Last time I checked, undeserved disrespect was against the rules. You kind of deserved it.

Staff members aren't biased against certain people. Staff members believe in equal opportunity. In other words, we hate everyone equally. You only make it worse when you disrespect one.

From what I see, the only person being rude and arrogant here was you Yeol. Elle was simply doing her job entrusted to her by Fed and the other admins.
