Yes, I've helped various people with their builds (Including Catching with her wedding song, GreenShadow with his town spawn in addition to his fountain, and various other smaller projects.) In addition to this, I have helped people with questions and have helped players starting out by donating diamond blocks and various other blocks they need.

I read about /free and was curious (So I stupidly ended up trying it) and when I started out I was jailed for 1 minute by Rich, I believe, after asking if there was a jail on the server

I vote whenever I remember too, however I tend not to due to the severe lag it causes me. However, if need be, I will suck it up and vote more often if need be

I go on the forums nearly everyday, although I do not post much (since I don't much to say) but I am aware of what goes on in the forums.
