As some may recall that I am trying to build a new town. I need some more ingame money for that to happen. I am at $1025 and needs to get to $5000 at least.  And for access to my town, you will need a passport. To get a passport, you will need a book/quill. Write your birthday,gender,username,town residence (if you are not in a town, mark as N/A),age,occupation. The rest of the pages will be used for approvals or denials of entry. MAKE SURE: you sign it. Otherwise I can confiscate it and get the other person who signed it approval orally.

He can make town spawn open or closed, but if it's closed its still open to the nation and if it's open its open to all. Either way, he can't force people to leave his town if they were able to publicly spawn.

I made a system like this in lionmart, only I used paper instead of books, way cheaper
