Modreq - Plugin Suggestion

Hey, just though i would suggest a plugin, this plugin can be used if no staff are on the server or if the staff are busy with a different job, you can tp to the place the request was made(For a grief or something) or it can be used just for questions.

But this keeps the message when the mod/admin isnt online, which if im right, helpop doesnt>

We do not need another plugin to do something we can do already... You are not staff and you guessed helpop was the command I was talking about, which is not.
