Becouse as soon as all admins left the server Yellodoge started picking on me (killing me and shooting arows at me) And I really think that if I find a meaningless workbench (wasn't mine) and a piston (that is mine) is not a reason to kill me and take 50% of my inventory,Jail and ban me...

I know he's a mod but this time he may have abused his power and I think it's an unfear advantage...

Debu, if your not the one banned, staff, or some how involved. Do not post on other's ban appeals.

The piston you broke was gladeverys you did not place it.  Instead of answering yeoldes questions, you got hostile and disrespect full. All staff here are staff for a reason. If you have a problem with some one file a report on forums. Crying about it in game will get you no where.

Yeolde asked you why you griefed the work bench and piston. You ignored him, started becoming hostile, trying to attack him. You escalated the situation to jail time where you started verbally attacking him.

Every one has access to logs /lb tb and left/right click the area. Logs never lie my friend. When your accused of something by staff it has merit.

Please note, its Yeoldedogg.  Second, I never fired arrows at you.  Did I kill you, yes I did.  Only due to you attacking whilst I was checking logs.  Now just because you don't see an Admin listed, doesn't mean they are not there.  Some very simple commands can be used to hide that.

I did jail you for 15mins, after talking with other Staff Members.  Which by our rules was fitting of the crime.  I watched you do it with my own eyes and double checked logs before I said something.

As far as your 50% inv loss, those Items, including the piston (not yours) was given to Rich for storage in the vault pending outcome of this matter.  You were banned before I could get those items back to you in jail.

I hope that if your accepted back you will be respectful to the Server Staff Members, it's players and those cute little animals that roam around.

I really thought you were making a joke on me If I understood that you were being realistic I whould have awnserd and I really think this is a silly situation and plus what if I broke 2 meaningless items that were put there for no reason just tell me  what was that piston supposto do? And the reason I hit you (with a hand) was becouse I really thought this was a prank and you ran out of invisble potions and I wanted you to know I saw you...

And honestly I remember that "I" spesificly asked someone on the server to give me slimeballs and one of the mods tped to me and gave me one and I make a sticky piston and I wanted to make an on/off swich on my grinder becouse all the mobs were annoying and I found out that wasn't possible to do cause my celling was only 2 blocks thick and I wasn't able to do it and I found the piston meaningless so for it to not preserve my space in chests I put it on the ground and put a Dirt block above it.
