Awkward Password Situation

I tried to log in today, but I somehow managed to forget the password I used. Usually, it's one of three different options, but I'm starting to think that because I recently changed my nametag, that it may not be allowing me to enter with the same password? Is that a thing, or am I just entirely wrong?

In the case of the latter, is there any way I can request some help changing my password?

Right now, it's Narora. But I believe it used to be Narora_A or Narora_S (again, if that matters.)
