Ban appeal
« on: August 06, 2016, 03:26:44 AM »
- In-game name: Eagler1997

- Date and time of ban? (Include Timezone):
The beginning of july (can't be more specific, sorry) gmt +1

- Which Staff member banned you? (Blank if you do not know)
Fedgar

- Why were you banned? (What Appears on your ban message)
Xray

- Were you previously jailed or muted? (If yes, say why)
Not that I know of, I think muted once because of /free when a staff member told this to another member

- Why should you be unbanned?
I did not have the intention to xray in any way. At the time my computer was old and that was the reason chuncks were loading in slowly. I used this a few times to get ores. I have never used any sort of xray plugin or hacked client to xray. I now know this might be considered abusing a glitch, but at that time I didn't think it trough.
Additional Information:

I am very sorry this happened, once I am back home I can come more frequent on the forums again.

This does not match the evidence found and it is not coherent with your happenings.

If it was a "chunk loading glitch" as you claim to be, the diamonds would be only found in the borders, which is not the case. Also it would require for the chunks to glitch for a great amount of time since your tunnels are big. You will not be unbanned until you tell the truth. Appeal denied.

I personally find it sad you denied the ban appeal. But let me rephrase the cause, I am home again now and have way better internet. I did some research and found the cause. It is a problem with my video driver. I have found pictures that kinda look the same to what happened on my screen. The only difference is when I would walk in the black hole( not rendered) I would see dirt ores lava and other stuff.

I have again rechecked my minecraft install folders and they are legit. The computer I had then is broken ( Made it myself and apperently messed things up).

This glitch mostly occurs on singleplayer above 1.8. But can also occur on multiplayer. It would occur when I ran into a block or when I turned around, like previously mentioned I never used any form of xray plugin.

Quote
yeah, see.... that's not a MC bug. that's a bug in your video driver. MC tells the driver to render stuff. your driver isn't. but mine and thousands of other people's do.

Quote from minecraftforum where I also found the pictures.

I am really sorry for the trouble

This does not explain the diamonds you have found that are not adjacent to lava and/or caves.

With this I would like to appeal a second time for my "misbehaviour" that happened.

- In-game name: Eagler1997

- Date and time of ban? (Include Timezone):
The beginning of july (Gmt +2)

- Which Staff member banned you? (Blank if you do not know)
Fedgar_Lurch

- Why were you banned? (What Appears on your ban message)
denying xray and xraying

- Were you previously jailed or muted? (If yes, say why)

Not that I know of, I think muted once because of /free when a staff member told this to another member. and the occasional unjailing because I fell into the jail cage

- Why should you be unbanned?

I did not have the intention to xray in any way. At the time my computer was old and that was the reason chunks were loading in slowly. I used this a few times to get ores. I have never used any sort of xray plugin or hacked client to xray. I now know this might be considered abusing a glitch, but at that time I didn't think it trough. I have since then done some research and it was caused by a bad graphic card and moving to fast. apperently your screen starts to flicker/blink and because of this you can see trough the world. I had also optifine installed to get this fixed but because of this I could see close range ores (I glitched into walls when walking close to the corners of blocks.  Just for some seconds. My computer was not updating very fast and my screen often froze so every time this happened I had a good look on my surroundings.

Since yesterday I got my new very powerful laptop that won't give any graphic errors anymore. Nvidia gforce 960m graphic card.

Additional Information:
I would like to apologize for what happened and I can promise this won't happen again. I abused my old laptop to gain advantage of the server and this was a bad thing to do.
I love this server and I made a wide range of friends, I would like to ask for a second chance and earn the staff and my friends trust back.

since the server is going to start with a clean slate I would like to ask for one too. I am sorry I failed to answer in skype but I was busy with school stuff and I didn't notice that skype was locked on offline modus.

Parkour ban appeal
« Reply #9 on: January 09, 2019, 10:25:36 AM »
+- 2 Years ago I was banned in the first version of parkour for "flying".
This was seen by Richgotya, I was lagging a lot back then and I suppose that caused Rich to see me flying. I have never purposely cheated on parkour. And I have never flown there anyways, I am also pretty sure it's not even possible to fly there.
Now I hear there are more maps and I would love to explore them.

Is it possible to get unbanned from parkour?
