If yes, who and how? well I think I am helpfull I helped about 3-5 people first Metheorita asked me to build a tower for him and I've build a badass tower for him and I remember someone asking me to clear out a area for him/her and I did that with respect...

- Have you been jailed/muted/rules restricted before? If yes, what punishment and motive?  I was banned for a week becouse 1/2 blocks and I was jailed for 15 min ....

- Do you vote regularly? To be honest I only voted 5 times and I can start voting more frequent.

- Are you going to be active and keep in touch on the forums? Yes I will I like to keep in touch even if Im not senior

A person is not jailed AND banned for breaking only 2 blocks... this clearly needs an explanation and you haven't explained the full situation here. Typically if someone breaks two blocks, we let them off with a warning and make them read the rules, jailing and banning is a whole other level and takes a lot more than a minor grief.
