Now that we are officially moving, and a date (tentative) has been set, we will start
polling for plugins.
We will pretest plugins that pass our internal vote. (to weed out the terrible/game breaking/ redundant/ ect)
Once they test well, and we have an idea of how to implement them, we will put it to a vote.
