Ban appeal
« on: August 21, 2017, 09:53:36 PM »
- In-game name: Jessykinz

- Date and time of ban? (Include Timezone): around midnight GMT +3 21/8/2017 -> 22/8/2017

- Which Staff member banned you? (Blank if you do not know)

- Why were you banned? (What Appears on your ban message)
You have been banned from this server for Complying with ban evader to break rules.

- Were you previously jailed or muted? (If yes, say why)
  No.

- Why should you be unbanned?
Well, in my honest opinion I don't understand why the ban is rightful towards me if all I wanted was to play and have fun with someone who was (unrelated to whether he was rightfully banned or not, I don't know his case and this is not the place to discuss it) banned.

Understand my point of view before you automatically decline this appeal; I wouldn't say "no don't talk to me or ill get banned for helping you bypass" to a friend and something like "no don't go on the server bypassing your permanent ban" because I simply cant stop him from bypassing, I don't control his computer nor his mind.

Additional Information:
- Haven't been bypassing the ban in any way
- Id like to know if its a perm ban (incase I wont get unbanned) or a temp ban '-'

You had the choice to report him, there were staff members online. You didn't and you also gave him advice on how to join without suspicion. You were complying with them, so, thus, by inheritance not complying with our rules.

Your appeal will be under review and an answer will be given in the next 7 days.

Alternatively "Hi, I was wondering if anyone has made a decision as it's been 7 days now. Thanks!"

You have been unbanned. Next time you help ban evaders to not sound suspicious on the server, you'll be permanent banned.
