Lost iems moving from Pern to Horizon

Hi,
Appears I have lost all my items, tools and armour.
happened when moving from pern to horizon at 21:43GMT

Can the items be recovered?

This was dealt by me. I saved the chest with his items in flat, in case it happens again ;). Sorry for the trouble.
