- Were you previously jailed or muted? (If yes, say why) yes because i was mad and said the mod was "pissy" because i didnt even get the chance to justify my actions and try explain she was just being rude and spiteful.
 
- Why should you be unbanned? Because i read the rules but obviously not thoroughly enough and i did not even get the chance to offer to give the item i took back because i was muted over one word which isnt even rude and i tried making another account so i could apologise and try reason but no i was banned immediately, i was in east /wild and came across a house with chests and the chests didnt have spells on it so i assumed that okay maybe the server put this stuff here as like a prize since it was in the middle of no where, i took only 6 diamonds big deal and i wouldve given them back straight away if i was just asked but no. id be sure not to do it again

Additional Information:but may i please add that in section 01 it states -g. If you have the ability to claim, do so. We wont handle every grief case because you were too lazy to claim.. sooo dont get me wrong but if someone was oh so worried about their 6 diamonds couldnt they claim.
Also, brenda was being really rude to not only me but other players, someone used caps locks to say two words and she had to tell them off and when someone asked for help she would also reply so seriously like shed rather be elsewhere, well its minecraft a fun game, are admins and mods not supposed to be friendly ? why is she allowed to use her authority to be spiteful and snobby to other players. Its only a game. But if i was to be unbanned i would not say anything at all and will not do anything that could get me in trouble again.

Two things:
First:

Don't use that argument when you immediatelly told our staff that they were "pissy". You completely lost your point from the moment you judge people arrogantly and without sense. Staff doesn't target specific people on the server and there's no reason to do that, they're only there to make sure everyone follows the rules. Someone reported a grief and staff took care of it, no one was angry and no one hold grudges on you. But your behaviour didn't help you on your case.

Second:

This is unrelated to your case. This line means players won't get their stuff rolled back if they did not protect their lands and belongings after being warned. People who grief are always punished.

You chose to ignore the obvious one related to your incident, but I will quote it here, in case you have a selective eye.

- 01. No Griefing.
        - a. Griefing includes adding to other builds, removing from other builds, and general dickery.
         - b. Griefing is against the rules, we use a plugin to reduce the occurance, but it is still against the rules.

Griefing is not allowed on Claims and Towny worlds and you broke that rule. You said you didn't justify your actions (not true). You told us that, before getting muted, that you did it because it was a "griefing world", which is also not true. These were your arguments, before getting muted:

okay im sorry ive been playing minecraft for two weeks idk how it works around here i didnt know it was this serious i just thought i saw something that said its like a grief world or whatever so it didnt matter if i took stuff but it was literally 6 diamonds is all i took im pretty sure and maybe some wheat but obviously i was wrong im blind in one eye no joke lol my boyfriend can justify that my half blindness makes me dumb i apologise to everyone i have annoyed in my actions and will not do it again and hope to be accepted back so i can learn to be a good community member.

Like fox said, the logs prove she didn't say anything that sounded "pissy" she was performing the tasks she was appointed as an admin in this server, she acted same way any staff acts. She won't cuddle you and tell you sweet words while jailing you, she's just gonna tell you what you did wrong and how long you're punished, simple as that. If you can't handle people being straightforward with you and instead opt for blowing things out of proportion then you'll continuously point fingers instead of owning up to your mistakes.

I couldn't help myself. Most, if not all of the staff have full-time jobs. We don't get paid out of the server donation fund, which is why a lot of us are only on at certain times that work with our schedules. Have a nice life.
