- Why should you be unbanned? Because i didnt do anything bad and i didnt harasment anyone. I really like server i hope that u will unbanne me. thank you.

EDIT: I just find out that there is staff member named Brenda, just like my sister who use my pc as well If the problem is that i will told her to change nick.

Trying to join as a staff username is very suspicious, specially when you don't warn us beforehand. Why didn't you tell us about another person joining in your computer, if that was going to be the case?

My sister don't know staff names she join today, and i didn't know too . She uses her name. Only later when i post this and when i read others appeals i notice that one of the staff members is called Brenda like my sis. So should i tell someone when two players use one computer? I dint know that really. Worst part of all this is that my little sister think she mess something up. She now running away from my pc and she is really upset. If any other info needed please i am more then glad to answer.

- Were you previously jailed or muted? (If yes, say why) yes once, even if its said its 3rd time
- Why should you be unbanned? Because i didnt steal anything. Sorry but english is not my mother tongue. What griefing suposed to mean. Its my second ban in two days. Its not fair to be honest. I has been insloted in all kid of way of other players and nothing. they try to tpa kill me swearing. and still i got banned second time. Please help me to understand as i said english is not my natural spoken language. Thank you.

What griefing suposed to mean.

The meaning is on all the warps to the survival worlds, which you had to pass through to be where you were. Here's the meaning once more:

- 01. No Griefing.
        - a. Griefing includes adding to other builds, removing from other builds, and general dickery.
         - b. Griefing is against the rules, we use a plugin to reduce the occurance, but it is still against the rules.
         - d. Circumventing the protections of another player is bannable.

Your appeal will be under review and an answer will be given in the next 7 days.

Thank you for fast replay. I just didn't realised that even when some build is abandoned and its more then 80% destroyed its still griefing if i take stone or two. I never had intention to steal or destory. I am sorry and thank you again. I will wait for your decision.

The place that you had griefed was an active player's home that was probably not more than 80% destroyed. I'm pretty sure it wasn't abandoned either.

Who's house i destroy?  I really can't remember. Its not my way of playing. Is this Nightmare's racist plot against me? He wont let me play on this server. He hates me without reason.  And He speaks about it openly how he is happy because i am sad because no one wanna explore with me. Elizaaa is witness for that hate comments against me. You griefed several houses around one of the warps and I caught you doing it. One of the houses belonged to Old_Shuck, whom is unrelated to Nightmare. You were also placing inappropriate signs around the world. So do not blame another player for your actions, they are all your own fault.

I was following you for a couple of minutes and you surely did grief or tried to grief all the houses you saw. So if you think it's not your way of playing, you are lying

I never denied placing sings. And i did tell that i didnt know that if i touch some builds is active. All houses are perotected and i was thinking if u can pick block its not active build. I said that may times and i am sorry. And i dont try to blame other player. When Elizaaa ask me on private message how Nightmare insolted me i didnt wanna snitch. Because i didnt want her to punish him. I am not revenge person. But now i speak about it because he never get banned for what he done to me only i was baned 2 times in les then 24 hours. I was so upset i need to take my double med dosage. My whole house was upset because me and for what? Because he is racist. But i am sad that no one care about that. That's whole point i am banned for few sings and blocks, and others play without problems when insolting other players. Once again i dont want him punished just justice and understanding for me. Me defending you from Nightmare's words is a very separate issue from this. Your ban appeal was about griefing yet again (which you have griefed before, was punished as a jailing and have been consulted not to do again) Once is an accident, twice is another thing entirely.

I know its separated. I didint say its related. Just wanted to compare how i am treated and how other for much worse things slips away. Sorry if i offend you with my mentioning in any way. God bless u Elizaaa u was there when no one wanna stand for me. I wont forget that.
