Xrayer, and stole my fortune pickaxe

So I basically gave a fortune pickaxe to a guy called DiamondFists so he could get extra ores and was trying to be nice but he messaged this: "people kept saying that i xray in every server and it gets annoying" and that he has a texture pack which he can "see diamond ore better" sadly the message got cleared out of my chat box and he eventually left with my fortune pick in hand, I have an image of my pickaxe, please ban this guy.
