Yes

- Have you been helpful for other people on the server? If yes, who and how?
I helped people gather resources and gave new players some free items

- Have you been jailed/muted/rules restricted before? If yes, what punishment and motive?
I have done some of the commands jokingly (if that counts)

- Do you vote regularly?
I used to but recently I couldn't because it says I've already voted even if I haven't
EDIT: I figured out the problem. I can vote again.

- Are you going to be active and keep in touch on the forums?

Mostly just providing tips to newer players on the server but I have helped others with builds. I helped emperor2003 build an enchanting room.

I've never been jailed but I have been muted/banned before for doing the commands (it was intentional and I have not repeated it)

I have been able to vote more regularly
