Lost all my items upon logging in dead.

I recently logged in and I was dead. I forgot how I died. I respawned and all my items are gone. I lost lots of stuff mostly building resources and I also lost enchanted diamond tools. Gudlawd pls help.

Don't leave the server without respawning, it makes your inventory disappear
