Once you've taken the screenshot, click "Attachments and other options" at the bottom of your reply. Then under "Attach:" Click on "Choose File" and navigate to the screenshot. The official Minecraft Wiki has a page that explains how to locate this folder if you are unsure. Once you have attached the screenshot click "Post".
