Well damn, it's been a year, huh. I can remember the first sketch I drew of the mushroom I've spent so many hours building. And yes, this post does have a reason other than my nostalgic rambling. I'm hosting an event! Easter may be a little while past already, but I've decided to make CT's own easter egg hunt for everyone. The event will go from now until the 26th of April or until all prizes have been sold out.
Where am I supposed to look?
Anywhere in CT. I have made every part accessible and you can walk to all the areas. This also includes the top of the mushroom cap. You can get there somehow.
To get to CrystalTown, enter the command /t spawn Code to teleport to the Code spawn. Then look for the warp sign saying CrystalTown and right click that.
What am I looking for?
You are looking for diamond blocks with a birch sign saying "Oh hey! You found me! Now go turn me in. ASAP." - a screenshot will be residing in the attachments.
To turn them in, you just need to selfie yourself with the diamond block and the surrounding area (as shown in attachments), so that I know you're not cheating and then reply with to this post with that screenshot.
The diamond blocks are re-placed in CT whenever one is found. Providing I am online.
How do I get the prizes?
I have decided to introduce a rather unique system for this. The diamond blocks will be spawned in CT until all the prizes have been collected, or the event ends.
Per diamond block you receive a point. I will take note of these points and you can use them to buy prizes. The catch is that the prizes are limited, so no infinite prize.
Prizes can be claimed at anytime in the event as long as you have the sufficient amount of points.
What are the prizes?
You can get the following:
Diamond daddy Joel boxes x2. Cost: 5pts. Contains two stacks of diamonds.
A doublechest of shulkerboxes. Cost: 3pts. Contains 54 chests and 108 shulker shells.
A trident. Cost: 13pts. Contains a trident with mending.
Haste box. Cost: 1pt. Contains 27 splash potions of haste.
CrystalTown box. Cost: 6pts. Contains 3 stacks of sealanterns, 6 stacks of prismarine bricks, 6 stacks of prismarine, two stacks of lanterns, six stacks of acacia logs, 4 stacks of dark prismarine.
Head box: Cost: 3pts. Contains various unique heads and two or three tokenshop heads.
Enchants box. Cost: 4pts. Contains 27 max level enchants including a lot of mending and a curse.
Conduit. Cost: 7pts. Contains a Conduit.
Cash or credit. Cost: 10pts. Contains $20 000 in game money.
