Also, everything that is put into beer is pretty healthy migas. Its just sugar yeast barley and additives like seaweed ect.

also you could just leave the beer open for some long time caz ethanol evaporates quickly :3 and just fill the remaining with water. Beer is good for you, so is wine, not stuff like vodka...

The amount of emtpy calories is negligible. Its not a huge amount. I still maintain its more healthy than most of what I eat
