What is your main specialization that stands out and can benefit the server?Staff compliments me on my managing and punishing infractions, I'm a good role-model for moderators and members and a hard worker. When I do get a job to do I make sure that it is done in time to the best of my abilities (even if I have to keep bothering SA+ or other admins
). I have fair knowledge of plugins and how a server needs to work to help out when I can, if needed. I am a creative thinker therefore I do come up with a lot of ideas on what can be improved on the server or what can be added.
Quick to think on my feet problem solver, I always like to think of ways to do things faster that will give better or same results when it comes to problems that might happen on or during the server is running. I am a fast learner, once I grasp what to do, how to do it I don't easily forget it and I think that that can come in handy when working with plugins.
The most important is the players and community, I always try my utmost best to be as friendly and helpful to all players even if I have to go look at a dirt house and tell them it is amazing. I always try to make sure that players that do join have a good experience at sentinel and that they want to come back not only for what plugins we have but for the people on the server as well.

What experience do you have being a Moderator/Admin?When I applied for moderator, I was set on learning as much as I could! I did not have a lot of experience handling problems other than going to the nearest online staff member and then report it adding to it I knew basic commands.
Being a moderator I have learned how to handle problems to a point where I make my own decisions how to go about the ?situation? and where I have grasp the confidence to help newer moderators find their way. Acquainting myself with most used plugins by means of learning the plugins functions and what we do use it for on the server, so that I can help others if they don?t understand gave me a lot of advantage. My experience as a moderator has grown and I'm still learning new things everyday:)

What plugins are you familiar with?WorldEdit; Citizens; EssentialX; Griefprevention; luckperms; lwc; Towny is the plugins I know most off. I am well acquainted with other plugins the server does have at the moment as well. Some other plugins I'm familiar with that the server does not provide is ChatColor; Jobsreborn;
VoxelSniper.

Additional Information:I have to say thanks to some staff, since I always look for room to improve myself as a staff member. Them helping and showing what I can improve on got me to where I am today on the server as a moderator. Thanks for your time to review my application. :S
