Why do you think it should be allowed: shows the player head in the chat. Kinda self explanatory

ps.somethimes when i check the forums it automatically uses a guest account so the time in my prof is kinda wrong

This is allowed, but I don't think it works on servers that use a chat plugin (such as Sentinel).
