Rts? entity cramming???

Whats the random tick speed for the server?
and did the entity cramming limit get lowered?
i started off with 20 sheep , now is 5  : (

ps.somethimes when i check the forums it automatically uses a guest account so the time in my prof is kinda wrong

Tick speed if I'm not mistaken is 3 which is the default.
