I think that I have a good understanding of several plugins, and also the rules. I could also learn more about them if I need to. I try my best to help people out if I can, old and new, and if I couldn't help, at least try to find someone who can. I also feel like having mod would make me able to assist in other ways. I would also like to help catch people breaking rules and help enforce said rules.
