Issue while trying to donate

I am trying to upgrade to the $15 package from the $10 one and when I go to the donation page it's showing that I have to pay $10 instead of $5 like it should. The only reason I can see this is happening is I bought a $5 donation for a friend under my Enjin account(he does not have one) but with his character(if that makes sense). If needed I can provide transaction emails from paypal. Any help would be appreciated!

I deleted his character from my profile and set my account as my main.

I just tried on a different browser and it seems to be working fine. Thanks for the help.
