So, I think we should have a command something like /MailItem where you can mail an item in your inventory to another player, and you could just make it against the rules to spam stuff and it would be useful if you're too lazy to tp or your busy or they don't have armor and you're in a battle. It seems useless because of TP but I gave reasons.

I like that. To prevent spam, it should work like /tp. It should have something like um.. /itemaccept? lol

Meh, I wouldn't like it very much.
When you use teleportation you actually go to the guy, obviously.
I like to meet people to start talking about other things, like his town for example.
I don't think this would happen if we used this plugin.

Though it doesn't exactly strike up conversations it would still be very good for people who take lots of lag when they are teleporting to spare them that time and just wala, I imagine it like a zombies voice [You've Got Mail]

the mail item idea is pretty neat, it would cover the auction plugin requests and help with ppl who have tp lag, as already stated, it may even cover a few other things people have wanted, i mean you could do allot with a plugin like that. spam of course being the main issue, no one wants a inbox full of dirt :/

Also thought it could be abused in other ways, cant you mail yourself? which would allow people to use there mail box as a extra storage chest and could cause some issues.

You first need to unlock the chest using /unlock and then re-lock it with a donation module which is /cdonation. Now only the person who has set up the chest can open it. If you want to add another player to the chest you need to do /cmodify @[name] , mind the @. It gives the person root authority to the chest. ie. makes him another owner.

All the ways of abusing it can be stopped by configurable options in the configuration file of the plugin.

I think it would be best if you simply didn't have a "mail box" and it the item just went strait into your inventory using similar commands as /tpa like /itemhand send [name] (Request sent) then the receiver would have to do something like /itemaccept (I think this was already suggested)
